Creating or Loading an SRI/EPC Estimator Report

In the Dashboard tab, click the Generate SRI/EPC Report button at the top of the project list.

To open an existing SRI/EPC Estimator Report, scroll to the desired report in the project list and click the Load Estimator button within that project's card.

If you have many projects saved with your dashboard, you can view only the SRI/EPC Estimator Reports by selecting View SRI/EPC Estimator Reports from the view selector at the top of the project list. This is the view represented in the screenshot below.

Describing an SRI/EPC Estimator Building Asset

When you create a new SRI/EPC Estimator report, you will be instructed to enter some basic information about that asset its building systems, and the spaces within it.

Once you have saved the your definition of the GTool building asset, you can bring up the same editing panel by clicking the Edit Asset button at the top of the SRI/EPC Estimator.

When you've filled out all the necessary data, click SAVE and proceed to the SRI/EPC analysis screen.

Filling the SRI/EPC Estimator Audit

On the SRI/EPC Estimator report page, the left column has 42 questions related to the function of the building systems. The choices available for these questions can be limited by the parameters defined in the SRI/EPC Estimator Asset Information panel (e.g., if a BMS is not present, BMS-related choices are not available).

The audit entries should describe the building as it exists before any intervention, as they determine the SRI/EPC Estimator results "Before Implementation." Each question and section of the audit uses an "indicator light" to alert you for the status of that section of the audit:

Interpreting and Sharing SRI/EPC Estimator Results

As information is filled (even partially) in the audit, the figures to the right will update automatically.

The results can be viewed in the application's interface, or exported within a PDF report.

Exporting a PDF Report

A shareable PDF report can be generated under the PDF Report header. This PDF contains a summary of the ISO 52120, EPC, and SRI results. Additionally, it contains a full summary of the Audit choices made by the user.

The PDF is not generated automatically as the audit changes. If the PDF does not reflect recent changes, you will be warned that the "report does not reflect recent changes." Clicking Generate Report will generate an updated report. Reports can take a few moments to generate.
