Based on a comprehensive questionnaire of building systems, the SRI/EPC Estimator provides automated cost, carbon, and energy analyses of building automation systems. The SRI/EPC Estimator is a "desk audit" tool to approximate results from these methodologies, not a replacements thereof. When using results from the GTool in client-facing conversations, extra caution should be taken to confirm the tool's results against common sense, local regulations, the specifics of the building asset in question, and client expectations.

The SRI/EPC Estimator is meant to help sales teams make directionally accurate decisions, not provide a verified source of truth. The tool is structured around a comparison between the building "Before Implementation" and "After Implementation".
The SRI/EPC Estimator can be added to the Building Decarbonization Calculator from within the Settings panel. Access that panel by clicking the Gear ⚙ icon at the bottom of the left navigation bar. Toggling Load SRI/EPC Estimator to the ON position will add the SRI/EPC Estimator to the left navigation bar and add a + Create SRI/EPC Report to the Dashboard tab. By default, the SRI/EPC Estimator is OFF.
